Necessary specifications for the price of men's toupee

We usually receive many inquiries about men's toupee from customers, most of the inquiries demand us to quote the price. Then before we supplier quote the price, which specifications need customers to provide?
1. The base construction and base size
Base construction means what base material or base material combination you want. We Teno hair can provide most kinds of base material, such as French lace, Swiss lace, Fine mono, Super fine mono, fine welded mono,silk mono, transparent super thin skin(0.03mm-0.08mm),pu coating, silicon skin, German Net, PE Line... Almost all kinds of the base material. Customers can choose the material all as per their requests. Usually, the price of lace and German net is a little higher than mono, thin skin and fine welded mono. And the silicon skin is higher than all other metarial
Base size is the other important specification for the base of men's toupee. It decides if the toupee is suitable for customers to wear. 8 inches base width and 10 inches base length is a standard base size for men's toupee. And we can custom-made the base size all according to customer's base size,including small size(smaller than 4 inches * 4 inches) and full cap size (larger than 10 inches * 10 inches)
2. Hair length
Hair length is the main elements for the toupee. Usually, the hair length of the men's toupee is not longer than 6", but we are also good at making women's toupee. So hair length 4" to 28" are all available.
3. Hair density
About the hair density, we usually describe it by words instead of percentage. Please refer to following density chart picture:

4.Hair type:
We can provide Indian human hair, Indian remy hair, Chinese remy hair, Mogolian remy hair, synthetic hair as the hair material. The price of these hair is different.
5. Human Grey hair percentage
As for the grey hair, we can make human grey hair, synthetic grey hair,Yak grey hair. We will not charge any extra cost for synthetic grey hair or Yak grey hair. But for the human hair grey hair, we have to charge customers a little extra cost. So hope customers can inform us their human grey hair percentage when they need the human grey hair.
6. Wave & curl
The wave & curl is also a very important detail of the toupee. Most of the wave & curl will not be charged the extra charge, but if your required curl is smaller than 20 mm, there is a extra charge for the small curl.
7. Rush & regular order
Sometimes, customers need the toupee very urgently. They hope the toupee can be finished within short time(for example:21 days). Because we Teno Hair is real manufacturer, we have the ability to finish the custom order more quickly than regular order. However, we need to pay the extra salary to urge our workers to make the extra work. So we will also charge the rush order charge for customers.
